Fall finaly arrived for a visit!!

Oh how happy I was this morning to see that Fall finialy arrived. I have been waiting for this visit for so long! It is only 62 here this morning and you can realy feel the change in the air. Even the coffee taste,s better this morning! I have all the windows open and just the fans going. This is my kind of morning! Yesterday it was so warm, but as they say yesterday is gone! As I was watching the morning news with hubby we seen a piece on the Monarch butterflys. It showed how they are leaveing new York now and heading to Mexico. It was realy amazeing to watch them in flight! They are beautiful. It showed the how the children in New York are catching them and tagging them with a tiny tag and a name and email address so when they reach the South they can be tracked. If the Monarch takes a wrong direction in flight it will stay the wrong way for about a week untill it gets its bearings on course again and continue to fly south! I will be on the look out for Monarchs!

I just had a cup of caramel drizzle...nummers! It is 2:16pm and 49º here...can we say...let's knock the chill off this house? Yep, I turned the heat on for a bit at noon...snuggles...love it!

You have a great day!

PS...I'll be on the look~out for the butterflies, they are bound to pass through here!

I've already been seeing monarchs but most of them live here, then migrate on to Mexico from here.

It's 63º here right now at 1:30 pm. My feet are cold and I have a fleece throw over them and a cup of hot coffee to drink. As soon as I post this comment I'm going to turn off the AC and open the windows!

You asked about my hair in the email you sent me:

I've had long then short hair all my life. I love it both ways, but it takes literally 4 years for my hair to grow out to my waist. I hate the between times. I either want it long enough to put up off my face, neck and ears, or so short it doesn't touch them.

I love my hair both ways, but it's certainly easier to care for when it's short and doesn't take as much shampoo, etc. or as much time to care for it.

I wish there was some way I could crank it up and down to suit my moods and the weather, LOL! ;D

Have a great day, Sherry!

Love and hugs,

Diane

Oh! I love butterflies- and the Monarchs are especially beautiful! I love to photograph butterflies on my flowers - often put pictures on my blog!

Check 'em out sometimes if you like butterflies.

Sherry, since you're new to blogging , you may not be aware that you can use labels at the end of your posts to link to previous post connected to your present subject...and if you label, then you can direct yer readers to other posts. I find it kinda fun to see a lot of related posts in a row... for instance...a lot of spiders- cats- butterflies- etc!
